摘要:Reliability methods have gained more and more popularity in ship structure community. In carrying out the reliability analysis of existing ship structures or implementing reliability based design rules for new ships, it is a necessary prerequisite to determine the statistical characteristics for both capacity and demand. For ship structures the wave induced bending moments are the dominant factor of the demand and the statistics of the extreme wave bending moment is very important for the ultimate strength reliability analysis. However, it was found that the concepts and methods used to determine the statistics of the extreme wave bending moment are different in different literature. Tnis could have some consequences in the subsequent reliability based design and analysis of ship structures. In this paper, an attempt is made to address the consistent definition of the extreme wave bending moment statistics in ship structures.%在船舶結構界可靠性方法已得到越來越廣泛的應用.在進行現有船舶的可靠性分析或對新船制訂可靠性設計規范時,必須要首先確定能力與載荷的統計特征.對于船舶結構來說,波浪彎矩是主要的載荷,極限波浪彎矩的統計特征對極限強度的可靠性分析十分重要.但是,通過研究發現,不同的文獻中給出的用于確定極限波浪彎矩統計特征的概念和方法并不一致,這一差別可能對隨后的船舶結構可靠性分析和設計有一定的影響.本文旨在對船舶結構極限波浪彎矩統計特征的一致性定義作一些討論,以期澄清一些概念.
